Craig Shoneman leads product management and portfolio strategy for IBM's Smarter Workforce Talent acquisition and Learn portfolios. He is responsible for product vision and innovation for the portfolio. He actively collaborates with customers, partners and other innovators to develop solutions that help customers source, acquire and onboard the best talent and then help accelerate their performance and engagement through learning. Prior to IBM, Craig held product management leadership roles in Kenexa, Salary.com and Lawson Software. He has a Bachelors of Science in Marketing from Pennsylvania State University
