Leigh McCluskeySenior Director, Talent & Organization Development
Leigh presently serves as the Senior Director of Talent & Organization Development for ServiceMaster, headquartered in Memphis, TN. ServiceMaster is a family of familiar consumer service companies including Terminix, American Home Shield and Merry Maids. She leads strategy, programs, operations and an internal TA PMO for recruiting north of 6,000 hires annually along with talent analytics, candidate-focused systems, university programming, recruitment marketing and employment branding.
Leigh joined ServiceMaster following multiple HR roles at Monsanto in St. Louis, MO, which culminated with her service as the Global Director of Operations for Talent Acquisition and Diversity. Prior to Monsanto, Leigh’s career included a long tenure at Delta and Pine Land Company (D&PL) in varous operational and management roles. She also worked in strategic facilities and workforce planning for Eastman Chemical Company in Kingsport, TN.
Leigh is a graduate of the Leadership America program, a national program for women, and Leadership Mississippi. She is a long-standing senior member of the Institute of Industrial Engineers and holds B.S. and M.S. degrees from Mississippi State University in Industrial and Systems Engineering. Her lean certifications came through executive programs in partnership with the University of Kentucky and the University of Michigan. Leigh was honored as a state business leader in the Mississippi Business Journal’s “Top 40 Under 40”. She currently serves on the AgCareers Advisory Board to provide industry perspective to recruitment strategies for ag-related careers.
Leigh is a strong advocate for engineering and project management expertise positioning in non-traditional roles and careers paths.
